Before using the online store www.comprar24.es, please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions.

1. GENERAL RULES
1.1. In accordance with the Rules, "S.L. KALISART" sells goods posted on the website of the online store www.comprar24.es (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store). The Buyer purchases and accepts the Goods in accordance with the assortment that he indicates in the order placed on the website of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Order). Ownership of the Goods passes to the Buyer on the day of full payment and receipt of the Goods.

1.3. By making a purchase in the online store or using the catalog and agreeing to these Rules, the Buyer confirms that he is a legally capable person and has provided the correct information necessary to fulfill the contract. If the Buyer is a legal entity, a duly authorized person must act on its behalf. The buyer confirms that he will use the online store in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts. In case of violation of the Rules or requirements of regulatory legal acts, S.L. KALISART has the right to immediately withdraw from the purchase agreement made by the Buyer and / or prohibit the Buyer from using the online store.
1.4. If the Buyer makes an Order and purchases goods offered in the online store, as well as uses other services of S.L. KALISART, it is considered that the Buyer has read and unconditionally agreed to the general rules, as well as the terms of the distance Agreement, and undertakes to comply with them.
1.5. The distance agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer who places an Order and makes a purchase in the online store. The Agreement comes into force at the moment the Buyer places an Order using remote communication means and receives confirmation by email from the Seller that the order has been placed. The Order and confirmation of receipt of the Order are considered received at the moment the addressee receives access to them. The contract is valid until its fulfillment, i.e. until the delivery of the ordered Goods. The agreement applies to all Orders and purchases made through the order form in the online store.
1.6. The Seller does not store concluded Agreements for goods and services purchased in the online store; they are available to the Buyer each time before making a purchase.
1.7. The Seller reserves the right, without prior notice, to unilaterally change and supplement the Rules at any time by publishing them on the website www.comprar24.es in the “Terms & Conditions” section. The Buyer is subject to the Rules in force at the time of ordering goods and services. Before each purchase, the Buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the Rules of the online store www.comprar24.es, in addition, the Buyer can save them on a permanent storage medium or print them out.

2. PRODUCT PRICES
2.1. In the online store, all prices are indicated in Euros, including value added tax in the amount prescribed by regulations (21%) and (12%). The prices offered are valid at the time of placing the Order. By confirming the Order in accordance with the form or order form, the Buyer agrees to pay the specified cost of the Product.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right, without prior notice, at any time to unilaterally change prices for Goods and set a special price for Goods and services. The sale of Goods and services is carried out according to the prices in effect at the time of ordering Goods and services and published in the online store. If, for technical reasons, inappropriate or incorrect prices for the Products are published on the Internet, the Seller informs the Buyer that for technical reasons the Order cannot be completed within a reasonable time.

3. RANGE OF PRODUCTS

3.1. The Buyer can purchase Products posted in the online store. Products are available for purchase as long as they are posted in the online store during the validity period and as long as the Product is in stock in the online store www.comprar24.es or in the supplier's warehouse.
3.2. In the event that the Buyer has placed an Order and the Product is not in stock and for technical reasons it is not possible to quickly remove it from the offer, www.comprar24.es notifies the Buyer by telephone or in writing that the Contract cannot be fulfilled, or offers similar goods with the consent of the Buyer. S.L. KALISART does not cover possible losses that may arise as a result of the Buyer placing an Order for Products that are no longer in stock, and S.L. KALISART notified the Buyer of this within 14 calendar days.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the range and characteristics of the Product at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions use information and photographs provided by manufacturers.

4. PLACING AN ORDER
4.1. You can place an order in the Comprar24.es online store using the following link: www.comprar24.es. Both already registered and unregistered buyers can place an Order. To find the product you need, use the search or the store category menu. Select the product and quantity, click the "Buy" button, then go to the "Shopping Cart" and click the "Checkout" button.
4.2. At the next stage, information about the Buyer’s data will be displayed, where the Buyer will be asked to select the desired delivery method and generalized information about the Order with the total amount to be paid will be indicated.
4.3. Payment for the purchase is possible by payment in the Internet bank, direct bank transfer and VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
4.4. By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the Buyer agrees to purchase the selected Product and undertakes to pay the specified cost of the Product and delivery.
4.5. By placing an order in the online store www.comprar24.es, the Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered Product and the service provided.
4.6. All items require prepayment. If the option of delivery to the specified address or to a parcel machine is selected, the client is sent a bank invoice for prepayment. The invoice can be paid at any bank chosen by the client by making a money transfer to the specified account number. The invoice must be paid within 3 working days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
4.7. By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Purchase Rules of S.L. KALISART.
4.8. If the Buyer has indicated his email address for communication, which is necessary for concluding a distance contract, after placing the Order the Buyer will receive confirmation of the Order to the specified email address. The Buyer is obliged to check the information and data specified in the Order. In case of discrepancy between the information and/or data, the Buyer notifies the Seller by writing to the email address of the customer support service of the Comprar24.es online store: info@comprar24.es or by calling the specified support phone number: +34-611-311-199. To make changes to the Order, the Buyer must provide accurate personal identification information. The Buyer may save the Order and confirmation of receipt of the Order on a permanent storage medium or print it.
4.9. After receiving confirmation of the Order, carefully check all the information. Changing the receiving address/delivery method after sending the parcel is a paid service (delivery cost depends on the new selected delivery method).
4.10. Our warehouse accepts orders electronically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When your Order is received, the system will send a confirmation to the specified email address. Orders are processed on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. Usually the Order is processed within 1-2 business days.

5. RECEIPT (DELIVERY) OF GOODS

5.1. Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer is carried out in the order chosen by the Buyer. Detailed information about available delivery methods and their costs can be found in the "Shipping and payment" section.
5.2. Delivery of the Goods is carried out in accordance with the Order and at the price of the delivery service specified in the Order.
5.3. Possibilities for delivery/receipt of the Goods may be limited depending on the size and weight of the Goods. Information on the possibility of delivery and receipt of the Product is indicated separately in the description of each product in the online store.
5.4. In some cases, if there are several Products in one Order, some Products may be delivered as a separate parcel. Information about this will become available after placing the Order. Customer service representatives will contact the Buyer and inform that the Products ordered will be delivered in separate packages.
5.5. The Buyer must be available by email and/or mobile phone number specified in the Order in order to agree with the supplier (courier) on the details of delivery of the Goods (time, place) and other issues related to the execution of the Order.
5.6. Before receiving the Goods, the Buyer must present an identification document - passport or ID card, as well as the Order number or Order confirmation. Goods are issued only to the Buyer whose details are specified in the relevant Order. If the Buyer cannot provide confirmation of the Order or an identification document, the Seller / Delivery Courier has the right not to release the Goods.
5.7. Upon receipt of the Goods, before signing the invoice, the Buyer is obliged to visually evaluate the outer packaging of the Goods in the presence of the courier for any visible visual defects in the packaging or the Goods (wet, scratched, torn or otherwise damaged). If MINOR DEFECTS are found, ask the courier to note on his tablet that the packaging of the Goods is damaged (make sure that the courier really did this). Then ACCEPT the parcel and inspect the Product for defects at home; if you find any defects in the Product, contact us. If VERY SIGNIFICANT defects are detected, the Buyer has the right to refuse to accept the Goods and immediately notify the Seller of this so that the damaged Goods can be replaced as soon as possible. IMPORTANT! If the Goods are accepted without any comments, the parcel is considered to have been delivered without damage.
5.8. The transfer of the Goods to the Buyer is carried out in accordance with the invoice signed by the Buyer. The order is considered completed upon receipt of the Goods and signing of the specified documents. If the Buyer has chosen delivery of the Goods to the desired address, the Order is considered completed from the moment the Goods are delivered, which is confirmed by the Buyer’s signature on a document issued by the courier or a special device.
5.9. "S.L. KALISART" is not responsible and does not compensate the Buyer for possible losses in the event of a delay in the planned delivery date. If the scheduled delivery of the Goods is delayed and the Buyer no longer wishes to wait, he has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement by notifying the Seller. In this case, the Buyer has no right to demand any compensation from the Seller. The normal delivery time for the Goods is considered to be a period not exceeding 30 calendar days, unless the Seller and the Buyer have separately agreed on other delivery times for the Goods.

6. USE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCT

6.1. Before using the Product, the Buyer must carefully read the instructions for use of the Product and use it only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions in accordance with the characteristics of the Product and for its intended purpose.
6.2. The product may differ from that shown in the photo, or the photo may show parts that are not included in the package. The color of the Product may vary slightly from that in the photograph, depending on the technical color settings and brightness of the computer or smart device screen. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only; changes or modifications may be made to their parameters or configuration at the discretion of the manufacturer. The online store always tries to help its customers choose products with the help of relevant videos. Please note that our online store is not the author of the videos offered - they are taken from the YouTube video hosting site in order to clearly demonstrate the design, operating principles and appearance of various items, devices and devices, therefore the color of the packaging and the contents of the goods may differ from those shown in video.
6.3. Claims regarding the compliance of the Product with the terms of the Agreement are subject to consideration in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
6.4. The obligations of S.L. KALISART do not apply to defects resulting from improper use, transportation and/or storage of the Product, as well as to normal wear and tear of the Product during its operation. During the warranty period and after its expiration, servicing of the Goods is carried out in accordance with the warranty conditions and Rules provided by the manufacturers of the Goods in service centers authorized by the manufacturer of the Goods, specified in the documents for the Goods. The terms of the warranty and post-warranty service can be found on the website www.comprar24.es in the section “Right of Refusal and Guarantee”.

7. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

7.1. You have the right to return Products purchased from the online store within 14 days. Fill out the purchase cancellation form and send it to us by email: info@comprar24.es (Formulario de desistimiento).
7.2. The packaging of the Product (including packaging materials) and the Product itself must not be damaged. If the Product or its packaging is damaged, the Product cannot be accepted for return. The returned Product must be in the same condition as when received.
7.3. Products whose packaging has been opened by the Buyer, but for health and hygiene reasons are not subject to resale (for example, food, cosmetics, perfumes, household chemicals, hygiene products, underwear, nasal aspirators, pacifiers, breast pumps) will not be accepted for return.
7.4. In case of exercising the right to refuse the Goods, the consumer himself covers all costs of returning the Goods. Please note that Comprar24.es is not responsible for Goods sent by mail, courier service or through a parcel machine, since at the time of receipt of the Goods it is not possible, in the presence of both parties, to record possible visual defects or damage to the Goods that could have occurred during transportation, and also the contents of the package.
7.5. Before the expiration of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller or service provider of his decision to withdraw from the Agreement by sending a withdrawal form or a notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is considered to be met if the Consumer sends the withdrawal form or notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Seller or service provider before the expiration of the right of withdrawal. The consumer must prove the fact of exercising the right of withdrawal.
7.6. Sending a refusal form or notice of the exercise of the right of refusal within the prescribed period leads to termination of the contract and releases the Consumer from any contractual obligations arising from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the place of business or professional activity, or from the obligations to conclude such contracts, if the offer nominated by the Consumer.
7.7. The Consumer sends the Product back to the Seller or service provider or transfers it to the Seller or service provider or its authorized representative without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the Product refusal form or notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Seller or service provider. The deadline is considered met if the Goods are sent back before the end of the 14-day period. This requirement does not apply to cases where the Seller or service provider himself offered to take the Product back.
7.8. The Seller or service provider, without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of information about the Consumer’s decision to cancel the Agreement in accordance with the provisions of part two of this article, returns to the Consumer the amount paid by him, including the delivery cost paid by the Consumer. The Seller or service provider will refund the amount paid using the same type of payment instrument that was used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to use a different payment instrument and the Consumer does not have to pay for the use of that payment instrument.
7.9. If the Consumer has clearly expressed a desire to use a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by the Seller or service provider, the Seller or service provider is not obligated to reimburse the Consumer for additional shipping costs.
7.10. The Seller or service provider has the right to withhold the refund of the amount paid by the Consumer under the Purchase Agreement until the Seller or service provider receives the Goods or until the Consumer provides evidence to the Seller or service provider that the Goods have been sent back, whichever , which of the actions was carried out earlier, and the Seller checked its condition (packaging, labels, damage). This right does not apply in cases where the Seller or service provider himself has offered to take back the Goods.
7.11. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product, unless the Seller or service provider has agreed to cover these costs.
7.12. If, in accordance with the Agreement concluded outside the place of business or professional activity, the Goods at the time of conclusion of the Agreement were delivered to the place of residence of the Consumer, in the event of the exercise of the Consumer’s right of refusal, the Seller or service provider must take the Goods back free of charge if, due to the properties of the Goods, its return Sending by mail is not possible.
7.13. Important!!! The consumer is responsible for reducing the cost of the goods, incl. if the Product was used for other purposes without clarifying the nature, properties and operation of the Product, incl. in case of incorrect assembly, in case of damage to the Product during unpacking, in case of careless unpacking with damage to the packaging of the Product.

Remember! During the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer has the right to use the product to the extent necessary to inspect the Product (exactly as much as would be possible before purchasing the Product in a regular store). When exercising the right of refusal, the Consumer is responsible for using the Product to a greater extent than required by its inspection, for using the Product during the period of exercise of the right of refusal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, and entails a decrease in the cost, quality and safety of the Product.

8. WARRANTY
8.1. The warranty is valid upon presentation of the damaged Product, receipt or invoice, warranty card and original packaging. Only clean products are accepted for warranty service.
8.2. Products offered in the Comprar24.es online store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
8.3. The warranty period provided by the manufacturer for the Products differs; it can be found in the instructions for each Product.
8.4. The manufacturer's warranty conditions do not apply to damage caused by the fault (negligence) of the Buyer or user, namely:
8.4.1. The product was used incorrectly and for other purposes and was not used as specified in the instructions;
8.4.2. mechanical damage, shocks, scratches, broken structures, broken screens, water in places not intended for this, unsuitable products were used to care for the Product, foreign objects were found in the Product;
8.4.3. if the damage is caused by household and external factors, such as sun, rain, snow, salt, salt water, soot, smoke, dust, moisture, insects getting inside the Product or there are any other signs indicating improper use of the Product;
8.4.4. if traces of unqualified repairs are visible or unsuitable spare parts were used, which subsequently also led to damage to the Goods;
8.4.5. in cases of natural wear of parts;
8.4.6. The warranty does not apply to consumables such as: batteries; brushes; light bulbs; accessories or parts of the product; wheels (including tires), chains, bicycle pedals; shock absorbers on any type of product; wheels (including tires) on strollers; wear of any types of handles on products; circuit breakers; glass and paper elements; manually operated plastic parts; wear and tear, which is normal; accessories included with the product (batteries and accumulators, antenna, remote control, etc.);
8.4.7. The warranty is not valid if damage occurred as a result of improper storage or transportation of the Product, if the client did not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions, or the Product was used for professional purposes, as well as if it was determined that the Product was connected or installed incorrectly;
8.4.8. damage caused by natural disaster, lightning or fire;
8.4.9. The warranty conditions also do not provide for cleaning the mechanisms. Services of this kind are provided at the client's request for a fee.

9. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES AND OTHER PROVISIONS
9.1. The Buyer, who, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, is considered a consumer (individual), has the right to refuse to purchase the Goods remotely in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Goods. In case of exercising the right to refuse the Goods, the Buyer undertakes to return the Goods purchased in the online store to the Seller "S.L. KALISART". The Buyer is obliged to pay the costs of transferring the Goods to S.L. KALISART in accordance with the requirements of regulations. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the Right of Refusal on the home page of the online store www.comprar24.es in the section “Right of Refusal and Guarantee”.
9.2. From the point of view of the law, a legal entity is not considered a Consumer, and the right of refusal does not apply to Legal entities.
9.3. The buyer gives his consent to the processing of his personal data provided during registration, placing an order and / or received during the use of the online store, in order to fulfill the order (agreement), including their transfer to third parties to ensure delivery, payment processing, as well as for checking the Buyer's creditworthiness and his ability to fulfill payment obligations. "S.L. KALISART" has the right to transfer to third parties the right to collect debt arising from the purchase, if any, of the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of debt collection, which also includes the right to use the Buyer's personal data to create the Buyer's credit history and enter the Buyer's personal data into databases credit information and debt history bureau data.
9.4. The online store website uses cookies. By using this website, the Buyer consents to the use of cookies to ensure site functionality and for analytical purposes.
9.5. The seller is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages that may arise as a result of the use of information provided by Comprar24.es or due to the Comprar24.es website or online store being unavailable or operating for any reason Comprar24.es has been interrupted or discontinued. This does not limit the rights of the Buyer in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on the protection of consumer rights. If any product or service offered by Comprar24.es is unavailable, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally. In this case, the Seller returns to the Buyer all amounts paid in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
9.6. The buyer assumes all risks and liability for purchases made in the Comprar24.es online store, including receipt (acceptance) of the goods. Upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Buyer or his representative takes possession of the Goods, except for the cases provided for by regulations.
9.7. Seller shall not be liable for late or non-fulfillment of obligations or any other failure resulting from circumstances or obstacles beyond Seller's reasonable control that could not have been foreseen in advance, including, but not limited to, strikes, government action, acts of war or emergency. a national situation, environmental or climatic anomalies, failures in Internet connections and interruptions in the operation of communications equipment, computer equipment and software.
9.8. By visiting the online store, registering and/or placing orders there, the Buyer agrees to these Rules, including the rules published here in the form of links. Any new services and functions of the online store are governed by these Rules. "S.L. KALISART" has the right to amend these Rules at any time by publishing them on this website, and the Buyer undertakes to read the Rules before using the online store, registering and/or placing an order there. Using the online store, registering and/or placing an order after the publication of any amendments to the Rules is considered the Buyer’s consent to these amendments.
9.9. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties will resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
9.10. The Seller does not assume any risks and does not bear any liability if the Buyer has not read or partially read the Rules and the Privacy Policy.
