Right of Refusal and Guarantee

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

When purchasing a product in an online store, you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days after purchase. You need to fill out the purchase cancellation form and send it to us by email: info@comprar24.es (Formulario de desistimiento).

The packaging of the goods and the goods themselves must not be damaged. If the product or its packaging is damaged, the product cannot be accepted for return.

In case of using the right to refuse the goods, the consumer himself covers all costs associated with the return.

Please note that Comprar24.es is not responsible for the goods that were sent by you by mail or courier service, since at the time of receipt of the goods it is impossible for both parties to be present and record the complete set and possible visual defects or damage that may have occurred during transportation.

GUARANTEE

1. The guarantee is applied upon presentation of the damaged goods, receipt or invoice, warranty card and original packaging. Only clean products are accepted for warranty service.
2. All products offered in the Comprar24.es store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
3. The warranty period from the manufacturer may vary; it can be found in the instructions.
4. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty do not apply to goods with damage that occurred due to the fault (negligence) of the buyer or user. Namely:
4.1. damage that occurs as a result of misuse, mishandling or misapplication of the product that does not comply with the terms of the warranty;
4.2. mechanical damage, shocks, scratches, broken screen, broken structures, water in places not intended for this, if the product was cleaned with a product not intended for this purpose, if foreign objects were found in the product;
4.3. if the damage occurs as a result of exposure to external factors, such as sunlight, rain, snow, soot, smoke, dust, moisture, or insects or any other traces indicating improper use of the product;
4.4. if traces of unqualified repairs are visible, or the wrong spare parts were used, which subsequently led to damage to the goods;
4.5. in case of natural wear of parts;
4.6. The warranty does not apply to accessories for the product, such as batteries, light bulbs, brushes, fuses, as well as paper elements;
4.7. The warranty for the product does not apply if damage occurred as a result of improper storage, transportation, or if the client did not comply with the instructions or used the product for professional purposes, and the fact of incorrect installation or connection was determined;
4.8. damage that occurred as a result of a natural disaster, lightning or fire;
4.9. The warranty terms do not provide for cleaning the mechanisms. This type of service is available at the client’s request for an additional fee.
