Transport companies

Our company Comprar24.es cooperates with various transport companies DHL, ITELLA, VENIPAK, UPS.

At the moment, the client cannot select the desired transport company, since it is assigned according to logistics variables.

When your purchase is shipped from our logistics center, you will receive an email with the relevant company and its contact information. All products will be delivered to your door at the specified address.

The shipping company will contact you via email to advise you of the delivery day. If you are not at the delivery location, a second attempt will be made and you will also be notified by email.

You can find out the cost of delivery during the purchase process on our website. The price may vary depending on the weight, volume of the goods, as well as the region of delivery.

Payment methods

• You can pay for your order by credit card, bank transfer or Comprar24.es gift card.

• This is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay for your purchase in real time. To make a payment, select your bank, log in and confirm the payment. Montonio is a secure bank payment originator providing services in accordance with the European Union Payment services Directive (PSD 1) - Directive 2007/64/EC.

VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards

• You can pay for goods using VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards, which offer secure online payment options. This feature can be activated in your online bank.
• After entering information about the cardholder, card number, expiration date and CVV code, the order amount will be immediately debited from your account.

Bank transaction

• Bank transfer can be made to the bank account specified in the prepayment invoice. When paying the invoice, please indicate your order number in the explanation. Payment without a specified number may delay order fulfillment.
• You can find your prepayment invoice in "My account" or by email.

Comprar24.es Gift Card

• On the Comprar24.es website you can pay with one or more gift cards for any purchase made on our website. When placing your order, you must enter the coupon code (PIN) that you received by email.  

- If your order amount exceeds your gift card balance, you must provide us with another method of payment for the remaining amount.

- If between the time your order is processed and the time you receive it, you have used up the balance of your gift card, the full amount will be charged to the other payment method specified.

- In case of cancellation of your order, the corresponding amount will be paid to the same payment method (gift card or credit card).

- If you purchased items using a gift card, you must keep the card (gift card letter) for 14 days after purchase as this is the return period.
